Customers help themselves, and see only their own apps.
Customers ask the same small things: is my app running, can you restart it, what's in my plan?
Each one lands on your support desk. Yet handing out access can feel like exposing one customer to another.
Each customer gets their own portal, with your name and logo, to check and restart their apps where you allow it. Their apps run on their own network, with their app passwords and keys in a separate vault compartment.
Plans set each customer's apps and capacity, checked at every deploy. Resellers look after their own customers' apps.

§ 04 · Your servers
Know what needs attention before the customer calls.
A customer's agent stops answering, and they call you.
The logs sit on one server, the setup notes in one person's head, and the customer waits.
AI Admin Panel runs on its own Linux server, beside your cPanel or Plesk servers. It flags what needs attention in each app and opens its logs. Alerts reach your team where they already talk:

Give each customer an AI budget.
Outside AI services charge for every request.
Without a limit, you learn which customer spent it when the bill arrives.
For apps that support it, you choose the AI route at deploy. On your metered key, you and the customer both see what is spent and what is left.

Good to know
- Plans, roles and resellers need Web Host. A plan change doesn't stop or resize running apps.
- Your billing system still sends the invoices. Partner and resale terms are agreed with us.
- The AI route is set only for apps that support it. Budgets cover only your metered key. Outside AI requests leave your server.
- The catalog lists what we package. Test each app, and check its licence allows the way you sell it.
- Each paid licence covers one installation, which is one panel.

Questions hosting providers ask
How does it work with our billing system?
Your billing system keeps sending invoices. In the Web Host edition, the panel keeps each customer's plan, status and end date, with your billing reference. On your metered key, you see each customer's AI spend.
Our team is already stretched. Is this one more system to support?
Customers handle routine things in their own portal, where you allow it. Your team starts from what the panel flags, with each app's logs at hand.
Can we sell the panel itself too?
Yes, once we agree partner terms, through the Partner Center. You issue licences, add resellers below you and get a monthly statement to export and check. Read about the Partner Center
Do we have to replace cPanel or Plesk?
No. Your hosting panel keeps running websites and email. AI Admin Panel runs the AI apps, on a separate server.
