How we work
You've seen new panels promise a lot. You want to know what this one does today.
About
I needed this panel, so we built it.
I'm Lukas Hertig, the founder of AI Admin Panel. This page tells you why it exists, how we work and who is behind it.
§ 01
My story
I spent about twenty years in the hosting industry, working with hosting providers and the people who build on them.
In that time, I saw how a good control panel lets a provider look after many customers at once.
Then I started PromptPartner, an AI agency. Every customer needed their own separate setup for AI, and I couldn't find a panel that did that. So we built one.
I think hosting providers and MSPs are well placed to run AI for businesses, because their customers already know them.
§ 02
We describe the released product. Product facts on this site describe version 2.17.0, released on 18 October 2026. What we're still working on is marked as such. Our documentation is public.
We put the limits next to the features. We name the main limits on the same page as the feature.
We don't give dates. We tell you what we're working on, and we'll tell you when each part ships.
We are early. We have no customer numbers to show you yet, so we show you the product instead.
§ 03
PromptPartner, our first provider for businesses
Our first provider for businesses is PromptPartner. PromptPartner is an AI agency that is part of our company, 23 Investments GmbH. Lukas Hertig founded both PromptPartner and AI Admin Panel.
If your business wants AI apps run for you, PromptPartner can set them up with you. It sets its own support hours and price.
§ 04
The company behind it
AI Admin Panel is a product of 23 Investments GmbH, a Swiss company based in Schindellegi, in the canton of Schwyz.
