Contact / abuse reports: [email protected]
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Last updated: 24 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out activities and content that are prohibited in connection with AI Admin Panel. It is incorporated by reference into the EULA and the Terms of Service. It applies to you, your authorized users, and your End Customers. For the self-hosted software, this AUP applies to the extent we provide license, telemetry, AI, or support services; you remain responsible for the lawful operation of your own infrastructure and workloads. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the EULA or Terms of Service.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all use of AAP under your account, License Key, or Instance, including use by your authorized users and End Customers. You must ensure they comply with this AUP, and you must maintain a monitored means (for example, an abuse contact and security contact) for receiving notices about your workloads.

2. Prohibited content and activities

You must not use AAP, and must not permit AAP to be used, to host, deploy, transmit, generate, or facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Illegal content and conduct. Anything that violates applicable law, including content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

2.2 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child endangerment. Zero tolerance. Such material will be reported to the competent authorities (for example, NCMEC and/or Swiss authorities) and results in immediate termination.

2.3 Malware and exploitation. Malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, exploit kits, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or damage systems or data.

2.4 Spam, phishing, and fraud. Unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, spoofing, pharming, social-engineering, or any deceptive or fraudulent scheme.

2.5 Network and resource abuse. Denial-of-service or DDoS activity, port scanning or penetration testing of systems you do not own or have authorization to test, traffic amplification, proxy/anonymizer abuse, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, or any use that disproportionately consumes or degrades shared resources or the Service.

2.6 Unauthorized access. Accessing, probing, or testing the vulnerability of any system, account, or network without authorization, or circumventing authentication, rate limits, or access controls (including those of AAP, our infrastructure providers, or third parties).

2.7 Harmful, hateful, or dangerous content. Content that incites violence or terrorism, promotes self-harm, harasses or threatens individuals, or that markets controlled substances, weapons, or other strictly regulated goods in violation of law.

2.8 Adult content involving minors or non-consent; marketing to minors. Any sexual content involving minors is prohibited (see 2.2). You must not use AAP to operate services that market regulated or adult products to individuals under the applicable age of majority.

2.9 High-risk operational use. Use in environments requiring fail-safe performance where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage (for example, life-support, aircraft navigation, nuclear facilities, weapons control), unless separately agreed in writing with appropriate safeguards.

3. AI-specific acceptable use

When using AAP's AI Features (the model gateway and the "Panel AI" operations layer):

3.1 Comply with provider policies. AAP provides no AI of its own; you connect the AI provider or model you choose (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter, a local model, or your host's inference/GPU API). You must comply with the usage and content policies of the AI provider you connect, and must not use AAP to circumvent those policies or any provider's safety measures.

3.2 No prohibited generation. You must not use AI Features to generate content prohibited by Section 2 (including CSAM, malware, disinformation campaigns, or content designed to deceive, defraud, or harass).

3.3 Human oversight for automated actions. You must not enable autonomous AI remediation actions on production or critical systems without appropriate human oversight, approvals, backups, and recovery measures. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and automated actions and for any consequences of acting on them.

3.4 No high-risk automated decision-making. You must not use AI Features to make or materially influence decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (for example, in employment, credit, housing, or essential services) without the safeguards required by applicable law, including the EU AI Act where it applies.

4. Security and integrity

You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of AAP, our infrastructure, or third-party systems; must not falsify identity or headers; and must not interfere with license-validation or telemetry mechanisms required for compliance (see EULA Section 2.2).

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may, with or without notice depending on the severity and any legal obligation, remove or disable offending content or workloads, suspend or terminate License Keys, accounts, or Instances, and report violations to the competent authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP. Where consistent with law and security, we will endeavor to notify you and to limit enforcement to what is reasonably necessary.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. Please include the relevant URLs, identifiers, timestamps, and a description of the issue. For intellectual-property complaints, include the information reasonably required to identify the allegedly infringing material and your rights.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after publication, or sooner where required to address legal or security risks. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
